AYBS Interactive’s Components
Geographic Information System (GIS):
is a decision support system that allows to, for a specific purpose, collect, computerize, update, control, analyze and display data regarding distribution licensed zone (corporate assets or buildings located in the said zone).
Subscription Management System:
is an application that helps the establishment to connect, track and manage all variables with higher efficiency and accuracy and thus facilitates operation management.
Stock Management System:
aims to procure or keep available assets such as supplies and equipment necessary for the establishment to go through the production, maintenance and repair process which fall into its business activity. The stock management module includes definitions and processes related to stock and warehouse movements within the company.
Distribution Network Management System:
encompasses the planning of distribution network, identification of assets within the network, monitoring of asset movements, network definitions, processing of network measurements, as well as carrying out the design and operational functions on the network.
Maintenance Management System:
allows to carry out regular maintenance on the establishment’s assets. Preplanned maintenances may cause interruptions of routine operations. Eventual situations/malfunctions should be detected by the automation application where they are measured or should be determined by staff of the related business unit.
Energy Purchase:
The component where contracts for the purchase of energy from producer and/or wholesale distribution companies are processed, bilateral agreements are executed, procurement transactions are monitored, and energy purchase forecasts are made.
Sourcing System:
The Sourcing Module covers all transaction processes: intracompany purchase requests to offer collection and evaluation; draft contracts with the seller to monitoring all steps until transactions are completed; interim payment evaluations to the execution of payments –including invoices’ down-payment sub-processes; receiving to storing purchased assets; their registration to their usage and import transactions to seller relations.
Quality Management System:
It aims to create input in the Corporate Assessment System using data generated and accumulated in the system’s module components, and to make short-term and long-term plans by measuring data via the Management Information System. As to data evaluation, the Quality Control module includes data’s classification, analysis, dynamic examination and reporting processes.
Document Management System:
is the module where all documents required during the natural gas subscription process are stored in the system. It allows to pinpoint sought-after documents by establishing a document-subscriber link.
Human Resources System:
is the system where all staff’s personal files are kept and payroll transactions are carried out.
Finance Management System:
The Accounting and Finance module aims to ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in all financial transactions effectuated within the company.
Financial Transactions System:
The Accounting Module enables companies’ legal and financial transactions to be carried out. This module automatically generates receipts and invoices for other modules’ transactions, based on the chart of accounts. Automatic receipts and invoices are created under the heads of Current Activity, Consumer Activity, Cheque Activity, Issued Cheque Activity, Collateral, Fixed Asset, Invoice, Invoice Reversal, Certified Firm Invoice, Certified Firm Invoice Reversal, Certified Firm Collection and Human Resources. Beside these, General Accounting invoices are also made out through this module via the ‘Invoices’ screen.
Cost Measurement and Monitoring System:
aims to enable accurate and efficient planning in the company budget by making short term or long term revenue and expanse estimations.
Budgetary System:
is a system that encompasses the processes of creating income and expense budgets, regularly comparing them with actual performance values, and managing expenditures by making transfers between budget items.
IFRS Based Reporting System:
According to the New Turkish Commercial Code, it ensures the creation of financial statements based on the International Financial Reporting Standards that must be adhered to. Financial operations integrate with various components such as Procurement, Human Resources, etc. The automatically generated IFRS vouchers not only reduce the user’s workload but also serve as a guide in terms of legislation.
